From my own experience, I think Gary'd fit in quite well, though you'd probably have to listen to the tribute Decadence to see why I say that.

<Phloem> Exile: It's changing, though. Nettwerk actually used to have to hand off its artists to Arista in Canada, but is now able to hold on to its artists. Who knows how things will change for the US in the next couple years?
